Berner International Corporation Hires General Manager
Berner International Corporation, the first manufacturer of Air Doors in the United States, has just added a general manager to their management team in order to better serve their customer. Michael Pijar joins the Berner team bringing 25 years of management experience from Ardex Engineered Cements and Armstrong World Industries.
Berner decided to create a General Manager position, as owner, Georgia Berner has decided to pursue a political career. Pijar is expected to be huge aid in encouraging the Berner staff to continue to provide their customers with excellent service. He is a people-oriented manager who understands the importance of creating solutions for his customers, which makes him a great fit for the company. “It was clear from the start that everyone at Berner focuses on customer service,” says Pijar. “This is a great company with great people and high quality products. Continuing our focus on customer satisfaction, quality and finding ways to help new customers learn about the benefits of our products will help the company grow.”
Pijar is notorious for providing problem solving quickly and efficiently for customers. In his previous management position, the body of work he created for solving a frequent customer complaint aided problem solving by serving as a reference for 10 years. He has already proven himself effective at Berner by implementing a new product delivery system. Everyone at Berner International is pleased to have Pijar onboard, as he is expected to be an invaluable asset to the company.
